After years spent managing teams and organisations through change, my consultancy was born.

I began my career in project and programme management, leading digital transformation across the NHS and delivering complex programmes in demanding public sector environments. Time and again I saw the same pattern. Organisations were full of ambition and capable people, yet momentum stalled wherever strategy failed to translate into delivery.

That gap is what I built my consultancy to close. I bring structure, discipline, and commercial insight to organisations that want to grow with intention.

Today I work as a business development partner to leadership teams and organisations navigating change, scaling pressure, or growth that has plateaued. My role is to bring clarity to the complexity, strengthen how you deliver, and build momentum that holds well beyond our work together.
